Sometimes browsers keep a copy of the old screens in memory and take their time to reload the new screens. When we do an update, it might look like the app is not working or displaying information correctly.
If this happens to you the fix is pretty straight forward. You need to get a new copy of the application from AccXite server.
- Click on Reload Application on the home screen. If you are not on the home screen, you can go to Actions -> Reload
- Click on the Reload button once.
Now you can go back to your previous screen and check if the screen display is correct.
